Manohar International Airport launched GOX Pass on Friday. The program is designed to boost tourism by offering exclusive privileges for passengers. GOX Pass is India’s first passenger privilege program. It was developed by a Goa Airport to cater to passengers who fly into Goa on domestic carriers, charters, and international carriers.

The statement continued “This innovative program offers discounts of up to 50% for a variety leisure, dining, retail and wellness experiences available in Goa.” The airport is operated by GMR Goa International Airport Ltd., a subsidiary of GMR Airports Ltd. GOX Pass offers exclusive discount at over 34 prestigious partner outlets in the state.

Yuva Tourism Clubs engages students in responsible tourism throughout the year. It helps students develop leadership skills and a deep understanding of environmental conservation and cultural preservation. The clubs are an integral part of Goa’s tourism strategy, as they work in partnership and with the schools and colleges. They encourage a new generation of eco-conscious advocates.

The spokesperson said that passengers can benefit from these exclusive discounts if present their GOX Boarding Pass along with a photo ID at participating venues. GOX Passes remain valid until December 30, 2024. They encourage travellers to explore Goa’s rich and diverse culture.

R V Sheshan explains that the GOX Pass is a way to promote travel, provide unique benefits for passengers and support local economy. It also encourages frequent visits to Goa.
