Pakistan Muslim League (PML)-N Chief Nawaz Sharif, Senator Ishaq Dar, and Ghous Ali Shah celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr along with family members in Medina, a city in the Hejaz region of western Saudi Arabia.

Nawaz Sharif had gone to Saudi Arabia for the performance of Umra – a pilgrimage to Mecca – and as he planned to spend the final ten days of Ramadan, the month of fasting for Muslims, at holy places to worship.

Chief Nawaz Shari offered prayers at Masjid-e-Nabwi, the Prophet’s Mosque, in Medina.

Eid-ul-Fitr marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. It is traditionally a joyous family celebration and holiday.
